Xiaoyu ZhiZao's Qiao Zhongliang First Proposes 'Embodied Dividend', Three Technologies Launched Alongside First Welding Robot

From July 2 to 4, 2026, the "2026 Global Digital Economy Conference" was held at the National Convention Center in Beijing, jointly hosted by the Beijing Municipal People's Government and Xinhua News Agency. The full-stack industrial embodied AI company Xiaoyu Zhizao made its public debut. Founder and CEO Qiao Zhongliang attended the main forum and delivered a speech titled "Embracing Capital Opportunities: Reconstructing the Industrial Foundation, Opening a New Era of Embodied Dividends" at the sub-forum "Digital Economy Opportunity Conference" on July 3.

During his speech, Qiao Zhongliang proposed the concept of "embodied dividends." He defined this as using embodied AI to create scaled silicon-based labor forces that enter factories, mines, and shipyards to undertake tasks that humans are unwilling, unable, or incapable of performing.

Qiao Zhongliang characterized the current embodied AI landscape as two distinct paths: "humanoid spectacles" and "industrial implementation." He stated that Xiaoyu Zhizao firmly chooses the latter, specifically focusing on heavy industry within manufacturing, particularly the most rigorous aspect: welding.

Xiaoyu Zhizao unveiled three self-developed underlying technologies during the conference's "premiere showcase" segment: the Xiaoyu Runwu World Model—a 4D world model designed for industrial scenarios capable of simulating physical environment evolution after action execution to identify optimal control paths in advance; the Xiaoyu Xirang Hardware Platform—an industrial embodied AI general-purpose computing platform that打通 (unifies) hardware and software compatibility across diverse robotic forms; and the Positioning Pen—a novel interaction method for 3D physical space, allowing workers to convey spatial location and operational timing information simply by pointing.

These three technologies are comprehensively applied to the company's first product, the "Xiaoyu Future Robot." This product features an Universal Robots manipulator, Mech-Mind's specialized welding 3D camera, and the NVIDIA Orin platform.

In addition, Xiaoyu Intelligent Manufacturing announced a strategic partnership with Digua Robotics to jointly develop a domestic flagship computing platform tailored for industrial intelligence scenarios.

The standard version of the Xiaoyu Future Robot intelligent welding workstation starts at 169,800 RMB. The product is currently in mass production and delivery, deployed in over ten factories across heavy industries such as structural steel construction and shipbuilding.
